Our Approach

We work closely with our clients to understand their taste, needs and room functions to ensure every project meets their every expectation. Our services begin with a free (1) one hour initial consultation. This first meeting is where we get to know the client to determine if a mutual client / designer relationship is possible. It is also our first opportunity to identify the client's design style, become familiar with the client’s home and the scope of their design needs.

Contracts

Having a written agreement provides a clear understanding of all fees and policies between both parties. The contract also defines the expectations including the project scope and timeline. At P. Scinta Designs, our role is to meet our client’s expectations by framing all of the details in a written agreement, staying on target and thereby helping to ensure completion of all of the project goals.
